
1 Cup Dried Beans
25g onion, chopped finely
300g crashed canned tomatoes
2 tbs olive oil or vegetable oil
Directions
Boil the beans until cooked (keep adding water until the beans are cooked)
Using
a heavy based frying pan, saute the chopped onions in the olive oil on
medium heat
until fragrant and translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook for about 3
minutes. Combine the tomato sauce with the beans and
cook for a further
5 to 10 minutes adding a bit more water if needed.

200g broccoli
Directions
Cut the broccoli into florets and steam until tender. Puree the broccoli to a smooth concistency for babies under 8 months of age or mash with the back of a fork for babies older than 8 months.
Add boiled water or breast milk to adjust puree consistency
1 Medium sized sweet potato
Directions
Wash, peel and chop the sweet potato into cubes.
Steam the cubes until soft and tender reserving the cooking liquid
Using a handheld food processor, puree the sweet potato to a smooth texture and add a bit of the cooking liquid
if you like, for a thinner consistency.

until tender. Mash the potatoes instead of using a food proccesor to

Directions
Wash, peel, chop and steam zucchini until tender. Puree zucchini to a smooth consistency.
